Fabulous opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a 12-person company, quickly establishing itself on American soil, with an enviable client list that ranges from F1000 to small, hip start ups.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Help grow an organization from the ground up, be a key contributor in helping to set up the culture and personality of their American presence, utilize your entrepreneurial spirit and wear multiple hats, and work on a variety of usable, visually appealing, and cutting edge cross-platform media in the mobile, web, interactive TV, kiosk\/touchscreen, embedded UI, and overall innovation.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Local NYC-area candidates only.\u2028Must be authorized to work in the USA.\u2028<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a self-motivated, <strong>mobile-savvy SENIOR INTERACTION DESIGNER<\/strong> who is passionate about interactive media and wants to work in multidisciplinary teams, be a key contributor on the front-end of projects in their conceptual\/creative phase (ie, inventing something; setting up the path of the entire project), and deliver excellent quality solutions to leading companies in the following sectors: Media, Telecom and Internet Information Providers. The work we deliver ranges from mobile services to Web, iPad, Interactive TV, and digital interfaces embedded in physical environments.<\/p>\n<p>We expect the successful candidate to have solid years of experience delivering interface design solutions for various clients. Ideally the candidate has worked in a collaborative team environment before, and has experience with interacting with multinational clients.<\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate must have experience in mobile UI design&#8212;ie you MUST have mobile projects in your portfolio to show&#8212;as it is important that you also have an understanding of how to deliver excellent quality solutions on smaller portable screens.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience doing cross-platform digital interaction design for leading iconic brands<\/li>\n<li>Professional experience with the following software:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>o\u00a0\u00a0 Adobe CS3\/4<\/p>\n<p>o\u00a0\u00a0 Omnigraffle<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Professional experience with the following platforms:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>o\u00a0\u00a0 Droid<\/p>\n<p>o\u00a0\u00a0 Blackberry\/RIM<\/p>\n<p>o\u00a0\u00a0 iPhone<\/p>\n<p>o\u00a0\u00a0 Mobile Web<\/p>\n<p>o\u00a0\u00a0 Desktop Web (HTML + Flash)<\/p>\n<p>o\u00a0\u00a0 Symbian, Nokia, etc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define the overall service structure, including flow charts and interaction model.<\/li>\n<li>Create wireframes to best illustrate and document a service in detail.<\/li>\n<li>Support the creation of, or create, functional or UI specifications for services or applications.<\/li>\n<li>Be creative! Concept!
