It has many problems that believe me, I am well=<br \/>\n aware of. :-)<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n<div><font><span><\/span><\/font><\/div>\n<div><font><span>But, being at a startup with limited resources, I =<br \/>\nreally have three goals:<br \/>\n<\/span><\/font><font><span>Make the navigation smar=<br \/>\nter and better looking<\/span><\/font><span>Sm=<br \/>\nack a clever and compelling sales-oriented video on the home page with a big=<br \/>\n fat &#8220;buy now&#8221; button &nbsp;<\/span><\/font><br \/>\n<font>=<br \/>\n<span>Recode the whole sucker into Drupal or som=<br \/>\ne other CMS so it&#8217;s easy for me to maintain and let my international partner=<br \/>\ns duplicate and localize on their own.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/font><font><span>I think I know where I&#8217;m going to get #2 and #3 done=<br \/>\n. I&#8217;m looking for a talented, fast, and let&#8217;s face it =96 inexpensive =96 de=<br \/>\nsigner to handle #1.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I know I can&#8217;t afford an agency, so I&#8217;m reaching out to you, my dear al=<br \/>\nma mater, seeking designers who are interested in a really cool side project=<br \/>\n. While Ugobe may not have big bucks, we do have a cool-as-hell product and =<br \/>\nthe work will be great in your portfolio. Additionally, it is not a complex =<br \/>\nproject. I already know what we need to do to a great extent and have model =<br \/>\nwebsites in mind. I am open minded about improvements, but mostly need a fre=<br \/>\nsh compelling sales-oriented style.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/font><\/div>\n<div><span>We are looking to find someone immediately for completion within a=<br \/>\n month&#39;s time.
