\n> * Strong organizational and project management skills
\n> * A solid design portfolio that reflects a strong foundation in
\n> interaction design and the ability to handle front-end programming\/
\n> functional prototyping
\n> * XHTML, CSS and JavaScript and\/or ActionScript 3\/Flex plus a
\n> programming language (ideally object-oriented) preferred
\n>
