An interactive Video Developer Intern should have a good working knowledge of video codecs compression and optimization, the Youtube API, Flash, and ideally good introductory knowledge of HTML5. This truly is an amazing opportunity for a student to get a real hands on experience with a start-up company destined for great success.<\/p>\n<p><strong>General Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A creative individual with cutting edge ideas and a passion for design<\/li>\n<li>Must be hard-working and reliable<\/li>\n<li>Good-natured and confident<\/li>\n<li>The individual should be a quick learner and be used to multi-tasking<\/li>\n<li>On time, responsible and resourceful with a professional demeanor and attitude<\/li>\n<li>Detail oriented and organized<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to take direction well but also work independently when necessary<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Advanced knowledge of the different video codecs, and their compression and optimization<\/li>\n<li>Flash experience, specifically in regards to video players and interactive videos<\/li>\n<li>Youtube API knowledge a great plus<\/li>\n<li>HTML5 knowledge also appreciated<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The candidate should be available to work 3-5 days a week in our downtown Manhattan office and should be able to start immediately.
