DESCRIPTION<\/strong>
\nTHE MEME is a growing strategic design & innovation consultancy based in Cambridge, MA. Our work focuses on the intersection of culture, design and business. We are skilled at identifying opportunity areas, and envisioning futures for our clients to innovate, grow and lead.We are looking for User Experience and Interaction Designers with demonstrated ability to generate research-driven design insights. Candidates must demonstrate strong conceptual process and facility with a range of visualization tools.<\/p>\n

Successful user experience design is enabled through the synthesis of of customer study, market sensing, and human-centered design. Ideal applicants understand the collaborative process of problem solving and value creation from both design and business points of view.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The following experience and skills are required:<\/strong>1) Concept model design
\n– Storyboard, Wire frame, Information architecture<\/p>\n

2) UI layout design
\n– Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign<\/p>\n

3) Time based prototyping
\n– Flash, Final Cut Pro, After Effects<\/p>\n

Extra points for post-production \u2028experience and knowledge of programming and scripting.<\/p>\n

Applicants must be able to demonstrate:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Strong ability to clearly visualize ideas and concepts
\n\u2022 Ability to take on multiple tasks and roles within a fluid work process
\n\u2022 Ability to work independently as well as with focused direction
\n\u2022 Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
\n\u2022 Strong communication and presentation skills.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
