As the Knowledge Manager (NYC office), you are an organizational strategist and librarian within the creative studio. You will work\u00a0 closely with marketing, creative and IT to gather and catalog creative assets, press materials, case studies, presentations and method samples.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:
\n\u2022 Work with IT to create and manage asset directories on our intranet
\n\u2022 Support Creative Development curriculum by gathering and organizing materials related to marketing and internal programs
\n\u2022 Reorganize key areas of the company intranet to support new materials
\n\u2022 Track user permissions to access and share sensitive materials
\n\u2022 Maintain a rolling version of historical frog materials and portfolio<\/p>\n
Job Requirements<\/p>\n
To be considered, candidates must have:
\n\u2022 2-3 years experience in a technical or program coordinator role
\n\u2022 Experience building, managing and organizing organizational systems and databases
\n\u2022 Supreme efficiency and eye for detail
\n\u2022 Excellent communication skills
\n\u2022 Social evangelism or similar experience within a creative organization<\/p>\n
