You will be expected to complete all steps in the product design process from user research, conceptualization, detailed user interface and functional design through implementation and usability review.<br \/>\nResponsibilities<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tWork with our UX Design Lead to ensure consistent and intuitive user experience within our product\u2019s web-based interface and across our product lines.<br \/>\n\u2022\tConduct research to uncover current practices, user goals and context to add value to design.<br \/>\n\u2022\tDevelop mockups, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate and validate designs.<br \/>\n\u2022\tWork with developers through the UI implementation throughout the product release cycle.<br \/>\nRequired Skills<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tFirst and foremost, you should recognize great web UI when you see it, and be able to explain your view.<br \/>\n\u2022\tWe\u2019re looking for self-starters \u2013 candidates who can jump in, set their own goals, and learn by asking the right questions.<br \/>\n\u2022\tYou\u2019ll need to have excellent critical thinking and analytical problem solving skills to distill and organize large amounts of complex information into simple, usable designs.<br \/>\n\u2022\tYou should have a working knowledge of CSS, HTML, JavaScript and Windows GUI standards.<br \/>\n\u2022\tAdobe Photoshop skills a must.
