JOB TITLE: Senior User Experience Strategist

OVERVIEW:<\/p>\n
The Senior User Experience Strategist must be an experienced professional who can successfully design user experiences across Web sites, applications and other digital media. The role requires being able to function independently as well as collaborating with other team members and being able to define a user experience vision and strategy while getting all the details right. \u00a0Equally important is your ability to live the core values of Comrade: trusted relationships and high quality work.<\/p>\n
RESPONSIBILITES:<\/p>\n
*\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Serve as User Experience Lead on various client projects<\/p>\n
*\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Create scenarios, user flows, site maps, navigation, wireframes, storyboards, workflow diagrams and prototypes as needed for projects<\/p>\n
*\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Analyze needs for projects and research solutions<\/p>\n
*\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Lead user research if needed<\/p>\n
*\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Champion the cause of user-centric design and help educate key stakeholders on UX as needed<\/p>\n
*\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Collaborate with project team to gather requirements, write specifications, and perform quality assurance as needed<\/p>\n
*\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Assist with creative process and overall project vision<\/p>\n
SKILLS\/QUALIFICATIONS:<\/p>\n
*\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Minimum 7 years of experience in user experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role as an information designer or architect in a web development firm, agency, or equivalent client-side experience<\/p>\n
*\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Bachelor’s degree required; Masters in human factors, information sciences, or related field preferred<\/p>\n
*\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Experience with financial services or similar transaction-based Web applications required<\/p>\n
*\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required<\/p>\n
*\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Visio or Omnigraffle<\/p>\n
*\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Knowledge in prototyping software (Axure) is preferred<\/p>\n
*\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Knowledge of design and web development processes<\/p>\n
