Frontend and Backend Developer<\/strong>
\nOur developers must have a good understanding of current programming techniques and can make recommendations on what technology to use from business requirements. The ideal candidate has an always-expanding knowledge base and is prepared to learn new techniques and technologies whenever necessary. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and can work well within a creative team as well as client presentations.<\/p>\n

Front End Requirements:<\/strong>
\n– 3+ years experience developing robust interactive solutions with Flash .
\n– AS3 object oriented programming and coded-based animation experience.
\n– Experience with creating complex applications tied to external data sources such as XML and JSON.
\n– Experience and can work with open source libraries such as TweenLite.
\n– Bandwidth optimization of swfs and streaming content such as videos and sound a plus.
\n– Experience with hand-coded HTML, Javascript and CSS required.
\n– Experience with AJAX, DOM manipulation using jQuery or similar required.<\/p>\n

Back End Requirements<\/strong>
\n– 3+ years experience developing and configuring websites on a LAMP stack (PHP4 and PHP5).
\n– Drupal 6+ experience required.
\n– Experience with creating hand-coded HTML, Javascript and CSS from PSD or AI files.
\n– Experience with AJAX, third party API’s, frameworks such as jQuery.
\n– Command line experience.<\/p>\n

Others pluses:<\/strong>
\n– Ability to learn new API’s and implement them.
\n– Knowledge and experience of Flex and AIR are a plus.
\n– E-Commerce experience a plus.
\n– Mobile experience a plus.<\/p>\n

Software\/Programs:<\/strong>
\n– Adobe CS4 or greater.
