We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of design principles and a proven ability solving design problems.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica; font-size: small;\">Responsibilities:<\/span><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica; font-size: small;\">Demonstrated ability to analyze user needs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica; font-size: small;\">Create elegant and refined visual user experiences through site maps, high fidelity mockups, wireframes, and interaction flows<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica; font-size: small;\">Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with various team members and clients<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica; font-size: small;\">Ability to communicate and translate abstract concepts to audiences that are not adept in the user experience discipline<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica; font-size: small;\">Experience with user-centered design patterns and methodologies<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica; font-size: small;\">An eye for design in general; and more important, understand key principles of information design<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica; font-size: small;\">Proficiency in Adobe InDesign<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica; font-size: small;\">3-5 years experience<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Projects range from large content-channel site redesigns with +7 million unique users to early stage retail and social start-ups. The design studios include experienced, smart, savvy and motivated designers who are interested in working with similarly minded people. We&#8217;re also interested in developing long term relationships with independent UX designers for future projects.
