We are currently looking for\u00a0a passionate SVP of Product to provide hands-on, strategic leadership for our marquis product, Collective\u00a0Intelligence. The SVP of Product will report directly to the CEO.<\/p>\n<p><em>Responsibilities &amp; Qualifications<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will possess:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 BS or MS in computer science or the equivalent, plus an MBA or graduate work in business<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Minimum 7 \u2013 10 experience in a product development role, with a minimum of 3 years leading\u00a0a team<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Minimum 3 years experience with multi-tenant, ASP based analytics products and services<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Proven ability to identify and prioritize areas for product development by analyzing customer\u00a0requirements and feedback, as well as industry trends<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Ability to establish key product management metrics and to take a metrics-driven approach to\u00a0success<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Experience defining and implementing product development standards and processes<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Experience recruiting and mentoring a product team<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Proven ability to manage across the entire product lifecycle from product planning to\u00a0execution, and to drive innovative, scalable development on an aggressive timeline<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Proven ability to identify both risks and opportunities for product and business growth and\u00a0improvement<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Proven ability to evaluate and articulate tradeoffs and to allocate resources to meet customer\u00a0and business needs<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Extraordinary ability to collaborate with and inspire technical and non-technical departments,\u00a0as well as customers and other external stakeholders<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Strong technical understanding and business acumen, as well as knowledge of the ad tech\u00a0ecosystem<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Maturity to work in a fast paced, early stage organization, and flexibility and determination to\u00a0respond quickly and effectively to market changes<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Strong personal integrity and work ethic<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Entrepreneurial spirit and drive<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Start-up experience<\/p>\n<p><em>Logistics<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Cross Commerce Media is a well-funded start-up.
