Our client\u2019s UX team is experiencing \u00a0rapid growth; the need for talented Visual Designers is in high demand! Those with a design agency background are of great interest to us. Responsibilities:<\/div>\n
Product ideation and exploration<\/div>\n
Create and present user experience concepts to a broad audience and assist with keeping the UX team on target<\/div>\n
Leading other team members to identify tasks<\/div>\n
Concepts and creates visual design UX solutions<\/div>\n
Collaborates with directors, art directors, architects, and designers<\/div>\n
Will be an integral member of the UX team\u2019s creative process, delivering world class customer experiences<\/div>\n
Additional Responsibilities on senior role:<\/div>\n
Will provide UX Visual Design leadership, support and expertise<\/div>\n
Will help to define project approach<\/div>\n
Track project milestones, deliverables and risks with the UX team<\/div>\n
Will collaborate with the UX team throughout and project lifecycle, facilitating and driving UX solutions and participate in ideation and concept explorations<\/div>\n
Liaison between members of the UX team, managing & identifying UX specific project visual designs<\/div>\n
Will take the lead on external vendor communication directly related to visual design support<\/div>\n
Some mentoring and coaching of designer on UX skills<\/div>\n
Qualifications:<\/div>\n
A minimum of 5-10 years experience<\/div>\n
Strong \u00a0background designing Internet and\/or mobile interactive experiences<\/div>\n
Proven ability to successfully prioritize, organize, manage and lead multiple projects under tight deadlines<\/div>\n
Bachelors Degree in HCI, Computer Science, Design or equivalent work experience<\/div>\n
Must have excellent facilitation, brainstorming and collaboration skills<\/div>\n
Excellent written and oral communication skills<\/div>\n
Must be passionate and show a desire to innovate<\/div>\n
Experience as a design lead, developing products to large consumer base<\/div>\n
Must have an expert portfolio showcasing web, mobile and multi-media design<\/div>\n
Experience in an agency environment is a huge plus<\/div>\n
Strong track record of product dev-oriented projects<\/div>\n
Must have an expert knowledge and understanding of the most recent version of Photoshop and Illustrator<\/div>\n
Knowledge of CSS, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, After Effects, GoLive, 3d Software, iWorks and Microsoft office<\/div>\n
Experience designing robust Flash & HTML web sites and\/or mobile with intuitive or deep UI\u2019s and navigation schemes<\/div>\n
Knowledge of UX industry best practices<\/div>\n
