\nThis person will be responsible for client relationship building, project management and learning solutions design. \u00a0 DUTIES: Develop & manage dept. budget; Manage key accounts & client relationships; Analyze client needs & architect a comprehensive, integrated learning & support solution, including Level 4 & 5 Assessment strategies; \u00a0Assist in preparing work proposals & cost estimates; Manage & mentor team members.<\/p>\n

\nISD will work on federal government projects and be required to design and develop complex, diverse instructional systems design projects.ISD candidate should have a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in Instructional Systems Design with a minimum of five years of experience in Instruction Systems Design and Curriculum Development and Training. \u00a0The candidate should also have knowledge of standards for accreditation. ISD candidate should have experience with Adobe development tools, specifically Captivate.<\/p>\n
