Screen Graphics & Flash Animation Designer- Freelance
\n<\/strong>
\nESI Design is a NYC based experience design firm. \u00a0We create both small & large scale visitor exhibits, web-based and computer interactives, combining different digital media, and physical environments. \u00a0Our projects range from cultural institutions to retail & corporate environments, all meant to engage, educate & inspire the audience.<\/p>\n

Looking for a mid-level designer who can:
\n<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Assist in the development of screen interface designs and digital media for web, computer applications and traditional linear media.<\/p>\n

* Design screen layouts and interface elements in Photoshop, Flash and Illustrator
\n* Work with computer programmers to prepare Flash and Photoshop files for production.
\n* Produce Flash animations<\/p>\n

Specific Skills Needed:
\n<\/em><\/strong> * Should be visually sophisticated in user interface design, animation, web design and digital imaging techniques<\/p>\n

*Should be aware of creative design process (concept to production) and demonstrate an ability to work with a design team, marketing and new business development teams.
\n* Advanced experience with Mac based Photoshop, Illustrator and \u00a0Flash. \u00a0After Effects a plus.<\/p>\n

*Web development skills- (HTML, CSS) preferred.\u00a0 Experience with dynamic web development a plus.
\n* Organized and articulate
\n* Ability to work comfortably under deadlines and direction from senior designers.<\/p>\n

*Great conceptual skills, experimental with a good understanding of visual interface design.
