Position Summary<\/p>\n
The Associate Director, Experience Architecture directs the Experience Architects in the Creative
\nDepartment. The Associate Director helps to set goals and measure the success of the group, managing,
\nguiding and mentoring the Experience Architects and enabling them to fulfill Organic methodology and
\nstandards.<\/p>\n
Teaming with departmental peers, the Associate Director works to ensure that cross-creative
\ncollaboration, communication and conception forms the core of successful work. Working with non-
\ndepartmental peers, the Associate Director collaborates on a strategic and conceptual level to grow the
\nbusiness across all accounts.<\/p>\n
Education\/Work Experience<\/p>\n
\u2022<\/p>\n
5+ yrs overall experience preferred including:<\/p>\n
o<\/p>\n
3+ yrs directing Experience Architect contributions and demonstrating significant
\nmentorship towards all Experience Architect contributors.<\/p>\n
\u2022<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree preferred or equivalent work experience (digital design, graphic design,
\nadvertising).<\/p>\n
\u2022<\/p>\n
