\n> Responsibilities:
\n> Take a leadership role in developing Windows based applications and
\n> websites
\n> Understand target audiences’ needs, tasks, and goals and
\n> translating them into creative concepts
\n> Translate business goals and user needs into a User Experience
\n> strategy
\n> Develop User Experience flows participating in immersive user
\n> research, concept testing, and usability testing
\n> Develop user personas and scenarios to clarify results of user
\n> research and focus the teams design efforts on the needs of key users
\n> Collaboratively developing prototypes for demonstration of concepts

\n> Develop and document detailed user experience specifications for

\n> Qualifications
\n> Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a visual arts emphasis or the

\n> At least 5 years work experience in a professional design
\n> environment. e.g. interaction designer, experience designer,
\n> interactive art director (or similar role)
\n> Portfolio of relevant work
\n> Familiarity with the software development life cycle
\n> Experience designing interactive user experiences for desktop
\n> applications
\n> Expert with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator or equivalent tools
\n> Ability to describe and model user-interactions through diagrams,
\n> prototypes, and storyboards
\n> Demonstrated knowledge of overall interface design, including
\n> usability, industry standards, architecture and navigation.
\n> Demonstrated knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of
\n> emerging technologies.
\n> Ability to lead design from concept development through production
\n> to execution of design.
\n> Ability to lead and provide direction.
\n> Demonstrated experience observing user research and translating
\n> user research into design decisions
\n> Experience with leading the user experience design of a variety of
\n> sites
\n> HTML related skills (XML\/XHTML\/CSS) and client-side Javascript
\n> skills (DOM\/AJAX) a strong plus
\n> Knowledge of XAML, Avalon\/WPF & Expression a plus
\n> Recent experience with web based Microsoft technologies (.NET)
\n> Passion for creating easy to use, visually appealing software
