During<br \/>\nthe week, the designer will reduce the concept to a series of       mockup<br \/>\nscreenshots or slideware suitable for sending to a software<br \/>\ndevelopment team to convert into interactive applications. No<br \/>\nprogramming skills are expected or required; however, good visual<br \/>\ndesign and mockup skills are necessary in either Powerpoint,<br \/>\nIllustrator, Photoshop, or their equivalents.<\/p>\n<p>The designer in residence will enjoy strong creative control and<br \/>\nautonomy and have access to an overseas development team. The       designer<br \/>\nmust be able to operate with limited supervision and independently<br \/>\nfrom existing projects within the studios.<\/p>\n<p>The right candidate will have an enthusiasm for innovative design       and<br \/>\nideas and share an excitement for the potential of iPhone and iPad<br \/>\ndevelopment.
