We\u2019re looking for young, energetic and extremely creative designers.

Responsibilities: <\/p>\n
* Determines design requirements by studying and confirming layout specifications; coordinating with the Senior Designer, Developers, and Creative Director.
\n* Conceptualizes and executes unique, standards-compliant web design solutions, independently and as part of a team, for a range of web projects
\n* Develops rich interactive (Flash) web interfaces with reusable components that can be carried across multiple products
\n* Prepares business requirement documents to convey information design and architecture (wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps, navigation, mockups, etc.)
\n* Produces and maintain design guidelines and standards <\/p>\n
Qualifications: <\/p>\n
* 3+ years web and multimedia design experience (visual and user interface)
\n* Superior design skills
\n* Advanced skills with Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
\n* Advanced knowledge of Flash and related scripting languages
\n* Advanced knowledge HTML and CSS
\n* Working knowledge of JavaScript, PHP, and AJAX a plus
\n* Well versed in usability best practices as well as standards-compliant web development
\n* Excellent communications skills and detail oriented <\/p>\n
