You should be completely  comfortable performing thorough user research and A-B testing to  determine the best workflows, and base your wireframes and user  experiences on those results. You&#8217;ll coordinate with our front-end  designer to ensure that our users get to experience the best possible  interactions on our site and in our applications.<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll be a great fit if you\u2019re the kind of person who spends your  free time identifying ways to improve existing interactions (site  redesign proposals, anyone?). You should understand navigation systems,  know the conventions and when to challenge them, and have the ability to  process available information and present an elegant solution.
