Co- manage and coordinate all aspects of website development from inception through launch to ensure deadline and goals have been successfully accomplished. Work closely with Marketing, Affiliates, Merchandising, Creative Services, Customer Service and Engineering groups to achieve overall project objectives.<\/p>\n
Help create a detailed project plan in collaboration with Marketing, Creative Services, Engineering and Customer Service Groups for each project.
\nHelp implement and maintain a project plan that that identifies key milestones, project dependencies, and project resources and then manage and execute the plan.
\nEnsure the project team is notified promptly of any change in project scope and expected deliverables.
\nCoordinate weekly meetings with team and disseminate information from those meetings though established communication protocols.
\nEnsure consistency of work, punctuality of deliverables and overall adherence to strategy.
\nLiaison between the Brands, Affiliates, Creative Services, Marketing, Merchandising and Engineering to collect technical, creative and content requirements and assure open communication and work-flow between front and back ends. Qualifications:
\nAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
\nMinimum of 2 years experience
\n1 year of online web development
\nWorking knowledge of Web technologies
\nAbility to effectively communicate, collaborate and influence across groups.
\nPro active problem solving skills
\nExperience in managing creative projects.<\/p>\n
