The role will entail tasks related to optimization of our<br \/>\ncurrent web application, enhancing logging and monitoring<br \/>\nfunctionality, assisting in customer support, and developing features<br \/>\nfor future releases. We need someone who has dug through Rails source<br \/>\ncode before and knows how to optimize application performance. Should<br \/>\nbe comfortable with complex SQL statements, stored procedures, and<br \/>\nhave experience with encrypted database storage. A healthy curiosity<br \/>\nin security is a must (understanding cross-site scripting, directory<br \/>\ntransversal attacks, proper input validation, etc).
