Clinton<br \/>\n&gt; Foundation joined<br \/>\n&gt; together in May 2005 to create the Alliance for a Healthier<br \/>\n&gt; Generation to<br \/>\n&gt; address one of the nation&#8217;s leading public health threats &#8216; childhood<br \/>\n&gt; obesity. The Alliance focuses on preventing childhood obesity and<br \/>\n&gt; creating<br \/>\n&gt; healthier lifestyles for all children and targets several areas to<br \/>\n&gt; spark<br \/>\n&gt; change and reduce the increasing rates of childhood obesity in the<br \/>\n&gt; U.S. The<br \/>\n&gt; effort focuses on four key areas: industry, schools, healthcare,<br \/>\n&gt; and kids.<br \/>\n&gt;<br \/>\n&gt; You can become a part of this exciting endeavor. The Web &amp; Technology<br \/>\n&gt; Manager will be responsible for expanding and maintaining a state-<br \/>\n&gt; of-the art<br \/>\n&gt; online resource site for schools and maintaining a distance<br \/>\n&gt; learning system<br \/>\n&gt; for use by educators throughout the country. This person must have<br \/>\n&gt; excellent<br \/>\n&gt; web analytic skills and experience with user testing, web analytics<br \/>\n&gt; and user<br \/>\n&gt; interface. The position reports to the Healthy Schools Program&#8217;s<br \/>\n&gt; Associate<br \/>\n&gt; Director for Strategic Initiatives and is charged with overseeing the<br \/>\n&gt; general design, maintenance, and promotion of<br \/>\n&gt; www.healthiergeneration.org\/schools in coordination with the<br \/>\n&gt; Alliance Lead<br \/>\n&gt; Web and Technology Manager.<br \/>\n&gt;<br \/>\n&gt; Major Responsibilities:<br \/>\n&gt;<br \/>\n&gt; -Create web traffic metrics by working with the schools team to<br \/>\n&gt; determine<br \/>\n&gt; priorities<br \/>\n&gt; -Use Google analytics to create and evaluate tracking goals<br \/>\n&gt; -Work with the school&#8217;s field team to get direct feedback on the<br \/>\n&gt; user&#8217;s<br \/>\n&gt; experience with the healthiergeneration.org\/schools site via<br \/>\n&gt; surveys, user<br \/>\n&gt; testing and ongoing dialogue with relationship managers<br \/>\n&gt; -Create detailed monthly reports identifying where we are<br \/>\n&gt; successful and<br \/>\n&gt; where we need to improve based on Google analytics as well as<br \/>\n&gt; details from<br \/>\n&gt; user feedback and testing<br \/>\n&gt; -Work with the School&#8217;s communication and marketing manager to<br \/>\n&gt; constantly<br \/>\n&gt; refine the school&#8217;s section of the website to meet the long term<br \/>\n&gt; goals based<br \/>\n&gt; on monthly reports<br \/>\n&gt; -Execute periodic regular site redesigns updates and enhancements<br \/>\n&gt; -Update and maintain site content and functionality<br \/>\n&gt; -Develop and implement policies and procedures for content review and<br \/>\n&gt; updates within the schools program<br \/>\n&gt; -Oversee the online growth of the Healthy Schools Program (HSP)<br \/>\n&gt; section of<br \/>\n&gt; the Alliance website, including developing SEO, cross-promotion and<br \/>\n&gt; external<br \/>\n&gt; linkage strategies<br \/>\n&gt; -Work with in-house graphic designer to create interactive online<br \/>\n&gt; resources<br \/>\n&gt; using a variety of technologies<br \/>\n&gt; -Maintain all email marketing, including a monthly eBlast<br \/>\n&gt; -Organize content between the American Heart Association and the<br \/>\n&gt; Clinton<br \/>\n&gt; Foundation websites to ensure the Healthy Schools Program is<br \/>\n&gt; consistently<br \/>\n&gt; represented<br \/>\n&gt; -Act as Project Manager for outsourced web-related projects<br \/>\n&gt; -Develop workflow for website updates and manage flow of web<br \/>\n&gt; content within<br \/>\n&gt; HSP<br \/>\n&gt; -Maintain the current Learning Management System and revise user<br \/>\n&gt; interface<br \/>\n&gt; as needed<br \/>\n&gt; -Maintain aesthetic integrity when converting print materials to<br \/>\n&gt; the web<br \/>\n&gt;<br \/>\n&gt;<br \/>\n&gt;<br \/>\n&gt; Experience:<br \/>\n&gt;<br \/>\n&gt; Minimum Qualifications:<br \/>\n&gt;<br \/>\n&gt; -Bachelors&#8217; degree from an accredited institution preferably in a<br \/>\n&gt; web design<br \/>\n&gt; related field<br \/>\n&gt; -At least 5 years of professional web usability\/analytics<br \/>\n&gt; experience and<br \/>\n&gt; internet marketing<br \/>\n&gt; -Strong understanding of cross-browser issues and solutions<br \/>\n&gt; -Experience with user-interface design<br \/>\n&gt; -Experience working with template-based content management systems<br \/>\n&gt; -General web development understanding, such as validation,<br \/>\n&gt; accessibility<br \/>\n&gt; and web standards<br \/>\n&gt; -Keen attention to detail<br \/>\n&gt; -Knowledge of web-editing software, including Dreamweaver,<br \/>\n&gt; Microsoft Visual<br \/>\n&gt; Studio and\/or Web Developer<br \/>\n&gt; -Strong communication and design skills.<br \/>\n&gt; -Experience with Macromedia Flash, online multimedia content, and<br \/>\n&gt; online<br \/>\n&gt; communities a plus<br \/>\n&gt; -Demonstrated experience in classic ASP, ASP.Net (C# or VB.Net), HTML,<br \/>\n&gt; DHTML, and CSS<br \/>\n&gt; -A portfolio with web samples is required<br \/>\n&gt;<br \/>\n&gt; Additional Competencies:<br \/>\n&gt;<br \/>\n&gt; -Strong familiarity with and passion for emerging digital technologies<br \/>\n&gt; -Detail-orientated, creative, and forward-thinking<br \/>\n&gt; -Proficiency in standard office software applications<br \/>\n&gt; -Demonstrates a genuine interest and commitment to making kids&#8217;<br \/>\n&gt; lifestyles<br \/>\n&gt; healthier<br \/>\n&gt; -Entrepreneurial and flexible, willing to roll-up his\/her sleeves<br \/>\n&gt; to do<br \/>\n&gt; whatever is necessary to get the job done<br \/>\n&gt; -Self-driven, result-oriented forward planner with ability to<br \/>\n&gt; critically<br \/>\n&gt; assess own performance<br \/>\n&gt; -Ability to work independently with minimum supervision at times,<br \/>\n&gt; while also<br \/>\n&gt; being able to work as part of a closely integrated team, both in<br \/>\n&gt; person and<br \/>\n&gt;
