\nseeks a senior Interaction Designer. This position is responsible for <\/span>=

\nsenior interaction Designer works on high profile or complex projects.
\nDevelops, presents and documents detailed interaction and functional
\nspecifications. Is familiar with the online publishing environment, has a
\nproven track record of working with large and small scale information datab=
\nases
\nand achieving positive user responses. Establishes design guidelines, best
\npractices and standards for TII. <\/span><\/span>They will be especially efficient in writing <\/span>a=

\nstrategies and procedures for carrying out reusable
\n components across multiple products and leveraging business requiremen=

\n through cross product design and recirculation opportunities<\/span><\/span>Analyzes customers=E2=80=99 patterns and tre=

\n ongoing usability and performance.<\/span><\/span>Develops testing and prototype methodologies. <\/span><\/p>\n
\nstrong knowledge of information design principles
\n and <\/span><\/span>well developed skills in creating and documenting
\n all aspects of business requirements, interface design (wire framing, =

\n boarding, rough layouts, mock-ups, interface elements and icons),
\n functional specifications (technical writing and annotations), user ne=
\neds
\n (flow charts, scenarios and prototype testing) and informati=
\non
\n architecture (site maps and navigation) are critical. <\/span><\/span>Exceptional ability to document and defen=

\n methodologies<\/span><\/span>Experience
\n developing rich interaction interfaces and documenting these through
\n storyboards.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/span><\/span>At leas=
\nt 5 or more years of experience in designing and
\n testing online consumer product interfaces and content tools applicati=

\n and a clear understanding of online publishing environment<\/span>Can moderate in house usability r=
\nesearch, create
\n prototypes and is familiar with TechSmith=E2=80=99s Morae usability so=
\nftware.<\/span><\/span>Proficient in =
\nInDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop,
\n Acrobat, Visio, Microsoft Word Suite and Excel and have working knowle=
\ndge
\n of HTML, CSS, Flash, After Effects, and Content
\n Management Systems<\/span><\/span>Advanced degree or background in one of the following
\n is preferred: Human Factors Engineering, Interaction Design, Cognitive
\n Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science and\/or compara=
