Graphic designer Interns needed for Fall 2011 by former WOOSTER GROUP Video Designer\/EYEBEAM Resident Artist and current ABRONS ART CENTER Resident Artist<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Would you like to help transform a standard 2D film into a three-dimensional theatrical experience? Interns will be able to help build the video score in our next performance installation, A Christmas Carol or Dickens: The Unparalleled Necromancer by using computer programs. Help is needed to digitally isolate characters in movies such as Alastair Sim, George C. Scott, and Bill Murray versions of A Christmas Carol, as well as The Muppets and Mr. Magoo variations (and many more). Ideal applicants will have experience with and\/or a strong desire to learn Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Isadora, Jitter\u2013Max\/MSP, and DVD Studio Pro in our studio.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities include project and media management.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Must have a creative eye and an eagerness to learn.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

College or graduate school credit given as compensation.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Scheduling is flexible.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

If skills are already exemplary, work from home is also possible.<\/p>\n
