By pressing the [Shift] + [Space] keys, a =20<br \/>\n> ShiftSpace user can invoke a new meta layer above any web page to =20<br \/>\n> browse and create additional interpretations, contextualizations =20<br \/>\n> and interventions. Using various authoring tools users can =20<br \/>\n> annotate, modify, and shift the content of a page. We believe not =20<br \/>\n> only in the “User Generated Content” but in a “User Generated =20<br \/>\n> Interface”, ‘Spaces’ are such interfaces. Use Javascript and the =20<br \/>\n> ShiftSpace API to develop your own. ShiftSpace is currently =20<br \/>\n> expanding beyond a Firefox plugin, and into a full fledged social =20<br \/>\n> applications platform. As a part of that effort ShiftSpace would =20<br \/>\n> provide all the social and personalized features for the upcoming =20<br \/>\n> redesign of the MoMA.org website.<br \/>\n> =A7 Internship#1 – Javascript Hacker (2 positions)<br \/>\n> Join the ShiftSpace team as a core developer and contribute to the =20<br \/>\n> code for new social features and developments in the core system. =20<br \/>\n> Work with Mootools and experiment with the most cutting edge web =20<br \/>\n> technologies in an open source environment. Qualified applicants =20<br \/>\n> must be comfortable with Javascript programming, with an appetite =20<br \/>\n> for teaching the web some new tricks. PHP and Python are a plus. =20<br \/>\n> This is also a great opportunity for those of you interested in =20<br \/>\n> developing their own new interfaces above any websites, and get =20<br \/>\n> real life experience and fair credit as a ShiftSpace contributer.<br \/>\n><br \/>\n> =A7 Internship#2 – Open Source Advocate \/ Community Manager (1 position)<br \/>\n> Help us lead the ShiftSpace user community and find new =20<br \/>\n> opportunities for expanding the platform’s reach.
