This is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious and  talented design leader and manager to develop and realize a vision for  multi-channel e-commerce, to have visibility and influence at the  highest levels, to have global impact, and to work with best-in-class  consultants and agencies.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Director of Design will define and refine the user experience  of multi-channel systems of web presences, on-site and mobile  applications; create branded design frameworks; envision future  functionality; prototype new concepts; track technology trends and  pro-actively plan any necessary platform migrations\/additions; and  evangelize internally on behalf of the subject matter. She\/he will work  seamlessly with colleagues across the organization and inspire external  partners to do their best work.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>My client would love  to find someone with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>7+ years of  experience in interaction design<\/li>\n<li>5+ years of  experience in design for highly transactional e-commerce, particularly  on web.
