This is a  great opportunity for someone to be the customer <em>and<\/em> employee  advocate and to design the experience from both perspectives with  special attention to where they intersect.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Manager of  Experience Design will help the business meet its service and experience  goals that are outcome driven and can be made real.
