Jacob Winiecki

Jacob Winiecki graduated from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs in 2005 with a Masters of Public Administration in Environmental Science and Policy with a focus on the linkages between energy, transportation, and global climate change. Prior to joining SES, he managed environmental projects with a wide range of clients, including Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC), United Nations Global Compact Office, National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), League of Conservation Voters, and The Earth Institute at Columbia University. In 2004, he was named one of the country’s top twenty “emerging conservation leaders” by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. Prior to graduate school, Jacob spent four years managing the financial operations of several small non-profit organizations and holds a B.S. in Financial Accounting from George Mason University.
