Kadambari Baxi

Kadambari is an architect and a media designer, a principal of imageMachine, and a partner in Martin/Baxi Architects. imageMachine focuses on developing new media projects for organizations involved in the arts, human rights and social development. Recent clients include Altus Global Alliance (a group of well established international justice reform organizations), Public/Private Ventures, Vera Institute of Justice, The Tiffany Foundation and others. Martin/Baxi Architects work includes commissions, book projects and exhibitions. Martin/Baxi are co-authors of Entropia (Black Dog Publishing, 1999), and are currently working on another book titled Multi-National City: Architectural Intineraries. Baxi's architectural and media work has been exhibited widely, most recently at Henry Urbach Architecture, Artists Space and Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum. She serves on the board of The Architectural League and Van Alen Institute: Projects in Public Architecture.
