Classes Thesis

A suite of large-scale interactive video works which allow viewers to call in from their cellphones to further the narrative.

Background
GRL's L.A.S.E.R Tag
Calvino's Invisible Cities
Godard's Alphaville
and our own IAC work from BigScreens (for both inspiration and irritation)

Implementation
This project will be a large-screen interaction in which a video narrative will be controlled by participants using cellphones. In the current model, characters pass the story forward each one to the next (in “Slacker” style) determined by cellphone keypresses. It is designed to show in a public space where passers-by can discover the story and be convinced to jump down the rabbit hole.

Conclusion
"If you can jump then jump right now..."
