"blinkbeat" is an interactive installation where the user enters a room where music is constantly changing. Upon entering, he/she is asked to take a picture of their left eye (open and closed). Once he/she finishes taking the picture, the user enters the room and dances with the other users. He/she then notices the walls, ceiling, floor which is covered with projections of numerous eyes blinking (including his/her own) to the music through a beat detection processing code. Potentially, the user will be able to be in control of the music as well, in order to control the speed of the blinking him/herself.
