Access to proper healthcare and medical professionals has been a problem for decades in developing nations. As more apps have become available to perform tests and diagnoses, the problem that still exists is a fast way to deliver and receive life saving medications and physical lab samples in rural areas that is cost effective and scalable. My partner Michael Mathieu and I have designed networked drones that have 3-D printed modules that can carry lab samples and medications to areas that are normally hard to reach due to limited road access.
