Toaster Bunny is a commentary on modern life's infatuation with multi-tasking and efficiency. A visual comedy that unfolds through the most mundane everyday act - toasting your bread.

Three video-projected bunny personas represent three different mornings waking up in modern life that will be triggered as the toasting begins. It is an attempt to shed some light on how aware/unaware we are when carrying out everyday tasks.

Does performing multiple tasks at the same time promote efficiency or inefficiency?

Do we have control over our tasks or do our tasks control us?

Background
It started with a commentary about how we are not exploring the sense of smell in our video sculpture interaction. We experimented with cooking a pot of stew, soup in hope to create the olfactory experience.

Audience
Everyone come to show.

User Scenario
1. User will see a bunny is sleeping. They take a bread and put inside the toaster.

2. When they press the button, the sun will light up, and bunny will start their daily life.

3. At the end of the video. Toast will jump out. There is a bunny on it!!!!

4. We have three loop video. It will random show up on the toaster.

Implementation
We make it as a video sculpture art piece. Rethink, and digest the life of ourselves.
