An entire room is transformed into a submerged lower-class home in Jakarta, with eight inches of water covering scattered and damaged furniture. Visitors walk above this scene on a catwalk; they are led to a second room, in which flood stories in Jakartans' own words are featured. This work aims to create the perception of disaster's recurrence, as a social and personal phenomenon in the lives of everyday people.
