Description

I want to document and analyze differences (or lack of differences) through an analysis of the color palettes and hashtags of specific locations over a period of time and relative to other places.
Instagram data is my content source and I abstracted the colors represented in the images and created a baseline for comparison with other places, times and hashtags. This work builds on a project that I did for Social Data analysis where I analyzed the changes in the color palette of Central Park over 365 days. This work inspired me to think about looking not just at a single place but at different places and comparing them.
