Description

According to a survey, when people were asked why they attend an art event, the top answer (75%) was to socialize with friends or family. However, now when we are at a museum, we only hear the curator’s voice. But we also want to hear what our close friends/families think. That is my motivation for developing ArtyChat–– to enable friends to chat about art, to reinterpret artwork and inspire each other. You can find out what your friends think of a certain work. You can get your friends’ recommendations for what to see in an exhibition. It is a brand new way for friends to communicate and start a conversation about art. A new way for them to engage with the arts.
