Description
Forecast-based Financing (FbF) is a protocol that Red Cross Red Crescent Climate Center is implementing to take advantage of “a window of time” and reduce the impact of the climate-related risks. I designed a uniform that visualizes the concept of FbF to support the Red Cross Red Crescent Climate Center.
