HeartRacer is a portable video game that plugs into your TV via a simple RCA video cable. To keep you moving while you watch TV or a movie, you must strike the punching bag to remove the distracting creatures from your screen. The rate at which the creatures return is based on your heart rate, thus helping you raise your heart rate should it be low and rewarding you with more uninterrupted TV time when your heart rate is in an elevated weight-loss or cardio zone.
