This is a project based on a laser cutter assignment I started in Digital Fabrication last Spring. The characters are a rough translation on the biography of Levi Strauss written in 2008 by the Levi Strauss & Co. Historian, Lynn Downey. The piece is a triptych, parts 1, 2 & 3 out of 10, of denim blue jean legs mounted plywood frames.
