Spyke is a client-side, in-browser video chat service. Because it uses Peerjs and WebRTC, the video part doesn't go to the server. (Meaning I can't listen in :) And you don't have to download anything.

Just like openEtherpad or Titanpad, which are collaborative document editors, Spyke lets you click on a link which goes to a randomly-generated site. There, you can chat with whomever you give the link.
