This piece starts with the Touché sensors, developed by Disney last year. They return the spectral shape of an objects capacitance. Rather than running these values through som AI, this project makes music from the raw sample values. Combined with a force-sensitive trackpad and homemade MIDI controller, these instruments serve as a modeling tool for sound designers and musicians.
