The National UFO Reporting Center maintains a database of user-submitted UFO-sightings from around the world. Many of them are coupled with compelling narratives of confusion, awe and wonder. I mapped the UFO- sightings that occurred in mainland USA and integrated into the map some of these stories in an attempt to create a picture of human reactions in the face of the unknown.
