Abstract
How can we engage people to explore and learn from a city in fun and meaningful ways?
Embarking on a project to encourage exploration and learning in a city is driven by the recognition that, while we live in a diverse world, the rapid pace of modern life often keeps us from truly observing our surroundings.
This initiative is rooted in the value of curiosity, a powerful force that transforms the ordinary into the extraordinary. It aims to reignite the sense of wonder in people, encouraging them to delve deeper into the stories, cultures, and histories that shape urban landscapes. In doing so, it creates opportunities for discovery and enriches our understanding of the places we live in.
This project is more than an exploration of urban spaces; it's a platform for connecting people. As individuals engage with their city, they also connect, turning the urban environment into a shared space of learning and experience. It bridges cultural and social divides, fostering a community of learners and explorers united by their shared journeys. Technical Details
A mobile app will guide you to the art piece around you. It takes advantage of GPS location, camera, and Bluetooth function of your smartphone. I am building a full-stack mobile app with React Native and Strapi. Providing a cross-platform experience.
