Dates
ITP Camp 2023 will run Monday, June 5, 2023 to Thursday, June 29, 2023 featuring a hearty trail mix of Camp-led (organized by the Camp Director and Camp staff) and Camper-led (organized by Camp attendees) workshops, talks, discussions, experiments, hackathons, and more!
ITP Camp sessions (live events) will happen between 1:00PM and 9:00PM EST, Monday through Friday and 11:00AM to 7:00PM EST on Saturdays. This year we will continue with "Session Free Sundays" as a way to encourage people to take a break and get outside. Facilities will be accessible to registered ITP Camp participants outside of session hours.
ITP Camp applications will close and payment is due on Friday, May 26, 2023 at 5:00 PM.
Format
ITP Camp 2023 will be focused on an in-person format, taking place at the fantastic ITP/IMA facilities at 370 Jay Street in Brooklyn, New York!
Online access options will also be provided for most (not all) sessions. These options include:
- synchronous (live audio & video)
- asynchronous (recordings)
Please note that access to recordings will expire on August 31, 2023.
We recommend attending in person whenever possible. Online can be a helpful substitute if you are not able to get to ITP from far or near, or are juggling family care or professional obligations. But much of the richness of the ITP Camp experience comes from handling materials and bumping elbows. We are so excited to be in the same space with you so please come in person for as much as you are able!
