Created By: Arielle Hein

An introductory session about physical computing! Come learn about using Arduino with simple sensors, buttons, LEDs, and motors!

The format of this session will be a short lecture (30 mins) followed by a hands-on group activity / workshop (60-90 mins).

Open to Campers of all backgrounds and skill levels, although the emphasis will be on fundamental concepts.

Once we go over the basics of working with a microcontroller, you'll have a few different circuits to build on your own and code. At the end, everyone will pair up and (hopefully) complete a giant Rube Goldberg machine, connecting all the devices sequentially!

While some supplies will be available to use, campers are encouraged to bring their own Arduino, breadboard, USB cable, and laptop with the Arduino IDE installed from arduino.cc. If you have a sensor or actuator you want to try out, bring that along too!

@AdamShatz Ha. Found it. :-)
\"Hey guys!

If you read through the entire email/ post, towards the end, it says that RSVPs will open up early June.

Also says there\'ll be another email alerting when that happens.

So hang tight everyone! We\'re so close!\"
