Admissions and Student Services Administrator

Sharleen joins the ITP/IMA Administrative team with over 20 years of experience in design, content strategy, and digital product management. She has led teams and built products across industries including Broadcast Media, Educational Publishing, and Financial Services.

An educator at heart, Sharleen has served as an adjunct professor at NYU and The College of New Jersey, mentoring students in interactive media and design over many years.

She holds a Master’s from NYU’s ITP and a B.F.A. in Communications and Graphic Design from the School of Visual Arts.

As a creative technologist, her web-based work explores themes of memory, identity, memorials, and story-keeping. Her passion for technology, art, and innovation drives her curiosity and commitment to supporting learners of all ages.
