RESIDENT RESEARCHER

Hola! I’m César Loayza, a South American visual storyteller based in Brooklyn (NY), creating multimedia art to AEffect* the human soul, exploring stories about the inner child and healing from family wounds.

My experience in storytelling started in the banking sector, shaping and pitching stories to raise USD 10 million to fund corporate projects/startups that impacted around 2.5 million Peruvians. My years of corporate storytelling now give me a solid foundation to tell other types of stories, currently focused on raising awareness of identity and mental health through new mediums such as immersive experiences with virtual reality, video mapping, and painting.

I have a bachelor’s degree in system engineering from Universidad de Lima (Perú) and an MPS from NYU Tisch’s Interactive Telecommunications Program (2023).
