Associate Director, Technical Operations

Rob Ryan is an Associate Director of ITP/IMA in charge of Technical Operations. He oversees a team of technical specialists who manage the day to day operations of the department’s cutting edge arts studio experience. He has been the Technical Producer for over 40 end of semester Shows and is the Lead Producer for Capstone and Thesis Week. 

Rob graduated with a degree in History and Secondary Education from Kean University, is the former Director of Development of Transfiguration School in Chinatown, NYC and has held multiple positions at ITP/IMA. Rob is an avid photographer and he has produced two independent films, including the 2007 film Close to Midnight, winner of “Best of the Fest” at Toronto’s 2008 Reelheart Film Festival.
