This class asks the question, what would you do If the someone shuts down the
network? The topic of this class is the use of and manipulation of: layers of network protocols; network packets; and programmed applications which utilize strengths and weaknesses of networked technology to enable offline-online synch and to enable totally offnetwork communications.
Students will engage current projects/app/tools that relate to the topic. Students will be challenged to contribute to the existing toolbox with at least one design exercise.
