This project is a juxtaposition of unlikely elements in an unnerving panoply of wonder and whimsy. A "social networking" website is established around the idea of enmity. Frustrations are vented, boundaries tested. Instead of friends you have enemies. At the center of this ANTIsocial network is a networked object that can be abused remotely by the community. The instrument of this abuse is a spatula. The Spatula Of Death.

Users log in and dedicate Smites to their fellow users or anthropomorphized concepts of their choosing.

This project will be a networked object supported by an online community. It will serve as a communal mechanism to vent both personal and public frustrations.

The networked object portion will approximate \"Internet Hunting\" but in a benign and socially acceptable way (most likely a little whimsical too). This will serve as the hook to involve people in an online community. This community will encompass social networking and online collaboration elements.

The goal is to develop a dialogue about the nature of predatory impulses and how they can be channeled into venues other than hunting in which no animals are harmed.

Also, the medium will not be the message.
